Dina Goldstein’s Ten Photographers

Part three of a ten part series: My favorite emerging photographers list their favorite emerging photographers.

Subcultures! Of course! Subcultures. I got halfway through image searching on the websites Dina sent over before it sunk in. Each of these photographers has explored one or more niche group, as has Dina. Boy was it satisfying going through the second half of Dina’s list, and finding it consistent with the theme. Hopefully just as satisfying for you to explore this set full of anthropological interest.

NOTE: A few nonessential rules were broken here: Some of these photographers don’t really fit in the “emerging” category. And one of these photographers is actually a pair of photographers. And I lumped primates into human subcultures in my intro. And there are nine, not ten, photographers. But hey, we’re having fun.
